We’re making a change that’s all about making your life easier. Starting April 17, 2025, Great Things LLC will transition from Square to Dubsado Payments (powered by Stripe) as our primary payment processor within our CRM, Dubsado.
Why the switch?
Simply put: we want to give you a smoother, more flexible, and secure way to handle payments. With Dubsado Payments, you’ll notice a more streamlined billing process and new features designed with your convenience in mind.
What’s new?
- More Ways to Pay You can now pay invoices with credit or debit cards, ACH bank transfers—even set up recurring payments.
ACH is especially great for larger transactions thanks to lower processing fees. - Pay Over Time with Klarna. Need to space out a payment? Klarna lets you break up invoices into manageable payments when needed—giving you more control over your cash flow. Note: Klarna may charge additional service fees.
- More Options Coming Soon. We’re working on adding Apple Pay, Google Pay, and regional payment options like BACS, BECS, PADs, SEPA, and even in-person payments—for even more flexibility.
- Autopay for ACH and Cards. Set it and forget it. Enable automatic payments to stay on track without lifting a finger.
- Faster Refunds. Refunds can now be processed directly through Dubsado, making the process quicker and easier for everyone.
- One-Click Checkout with Link. Use Link by Stripe to save your payment info securely and check out in seconds next time.
What’s staying the same?

Invoices: The look and layout won’t change. Everything will still be clear and easy to understand.

No Extra Fees: You won’t pay more—processing fees stay the same, based on Stripe’s standard rates.

Security: Your data remains protected with Stripe’s industry-leading security.
Do I need to do anything?
