The Challenge

Moonbeam Bungalows was just a fun project. These eco chic Airbnb cottages near Asheville NC are a whimsical delight. This project includes web design, Airbnb registration and review integrations, booking, my custom photography and videography, my artwork and a little extra magic sprinkled in for good measure. Some projects are just too much fun to be considered work. This was one of them.

Grace C. faced a significant challenge with her outdated website, which she couldn’t update or manage due to lack of administrative access. The original developer was unresponsive, leaving her in a bind. Grace needed a modern, user-friendly website that she could manage independently to better showcase her bungalows and attract more guests.

Strategic Solution

We took on the challenge and provided a comprehensive solution:

1. New Hosting and Platform: We secured new hosting and rebuilt the entire site on a WordPress platform using Elementor Pro for a flexible design and layout.
2. Integration of Airbnb Listings and Reviews: We integrated her Airbnb listings and reviews directly onto the site, making it easier for potential guests to see real-time availability and feedback.
3. Local Attractions and Information: We incorporated detailed information about local attractions, rules, and regulations to enhance the guest experience and provide valuable information upfront.
4. Custom Photos and Videos: To make the site visually impactful, we visited the bungalows and produced high-quality photos and videos, showcasing the unique charm and beauty of the properties.
5. Unique Artwork and Illustrations: We added custom artwork and illustrations to give the site a distinctive look and feel that reflects the unique ambiance of the bungalows.

The Results

The transformation was remarkable. Grace’s new website was not only visually stunning but also easy for her to self-manage and update. This empowerment led to several notable outcomes:
